A CULTURED MEAT DINING EXPERIENCE ONLY AVAILABLE AT TIPPLING CLUB
We’re excited to announce that Tippling Club will be the first restaurant in Singapore and the world to have cultured Japanese quail on the menu. In collaboration with Forged, a premium food brand, Chef Ryan Clift will be the serving Forged Parfait, a new meat made using cultured Japanese quail cells. This makes Tippling Club the only restaurant globally where you can taste cultured meat.
From May 3, a range of exclusive dishes designed by Chef Ryan will be available on both the lunch and dinner menus, as well as a limited time bar menu. This is an opportunity to taste a world-first flavour before anyone else.
